How to release trapped Emotions with the Emotion Code Method

Here is another amazing healing method which is called the “Emotion Code“.

This particular healing method deals with trapped emotions, which can be found anywhere in our physical body and, within all the subtle-energy bodies.

How do we get trapped Emotions?

The answer can go from being inherited to acquire throughout a lifetime, due to any kind of traumatic experiences, and more.

It doesn’t matter if a person really believes in all this or not, the fact stays that trapped emotions can be found throughout our whole existence.

Emotions can cause lots of discomforts and can be the cause of an illness.

I personally have seen it, a) on myself when receiving a session done by an emotion code practitioner, or b) when giving a session to a person using the emotion code. In both cases, it really has done some boat rocking.

Emotions can be literally buried alive throughout a person’s lifetime. When this happens, a person certainly will live through or even re-live through a crisis.

When we don’t acknowledge the number of these “unacknowledged” emotions and what they can do to us, we shouldn’t be surprised when we don’t heal at all.

Who is behind the Emotion Code?

Dr. Bradley Nelson is an American Chiropractor who has developed this healing method, widely known as the “Emotion Code”. It is easy to learn too, and can be used for everything you might think of is in need of being healed and released as a trapped emotion in your life.

How to use the Emotion Code?

This is actually one of not only the most effective methods but also one of the easiest methods to learn and to use.

Dr. Nelson describes everything, easy to understand for the layperson, in his book,” The Emotion Code“, which is available as an e-Book too.

The basics are simple enough, due to an easy to learn method called “muscle testing”. You will learn, how to read the body’s answers to a question, which only needs a YES or a NO.

By following the chart (see below), the right emotion, which wants to be released, will show up and, by following another procedure will be finally released.

As I already mentioned, everything is easily explained in Dr. Nelson’s book. Just follow his lead and you will be good to go, even by working on yourself. I certainly did.

The Emotion Code is one of the easiest to learn and to use of healing methods out there. I personally work with this method for the last 8 years.

I have seen tremendous results for myself and for others. You really can change your life around by releasing a trapped emotion, or a “Heart-Wall“, also clearly described in Dr. Nelson’s book.

Sometimes life gets in the way and even though it sounds quite weird to you, as it does to me, you will “just” forget about the easiest things.

Using a method like this one, actually, this applies to any healing method I have learned and do use in my practice, doesn’t mean you will use it regularly for yourself.

By writing this article it immediately dawned on me, that I haven’t used the “Emotion Code” on myself for quite some time. Therefore, I am really appreciative to be gently reminded, right now as I am typing these words on my keyboard, that I could use some “releasing” too.

Off she goes. 🙂

I hope you got intrigued a bit by reading this article, and perhaps want to know more. I only can recommend getting your hands on this book and read it from cover to cover, and then apply what you have learned.

I like to mention that you also can have a “distance” session with me using the Emotion Code method.

If you are interested, just go to My Online Services and follow the steps how to order a session from me. You also can send me an email if you have more personal questions.

I certainly do appreciate, if you like to share your personal experience with “The Emotion Code” with me by leaving a comment below. You can ask me questions, I will answer them as much as I can.

Wishing you always an outstanding day! 🙂

  1. I’ve been searching for Google for information on this subject and I’ve finally come across a post that has stood out.

There is so much to learn when it comes to self improvement – body, mind and spirit. It’s truly a continual work in progress. To be honest this is the first time I’ve come across the term “The Emotion Code”, and it’s certainly piqued my interest. I will have to check out Dr Nelson’s book to learn more about it. Thanks for sharing this timely post.

    1. Hi Darren,

I am glad you are being inspired to learn more about the Emotion Code, the book is certainly a “must” read. Perhaps you like to share your thoughts again, when you have read the book.?

      Thanks for your comment. 🙂

  2. Hi. Do you think there are certain emotions that might be better to leave suppressed? If so, what would those be? I agree that if we have internal emotions that are creating emotional or even physical problems, that we need to deal with those emotions and even “release” them as you mention in your reference to Dr. Bradley Nelson’s book. What about emotions, that if brought to the surface, could cause severe emotional or physical harm? How can a person deal with these? Is there a method to release these “dangerous” emotions without causing harm? If so, would the release of the emotion leave permanent scars or would the benefits of healing outweigh the potential damage? This is a very interesting concept. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Good article. Perhaps, I’ll start some exploration techniques within my own emotional and biological systems.

    1. Hi.

There is NO damage by releasing emotions when working with the emotion code. Releasing emotions doesn’t mean acting out on them, which as we know, isn’t very healthy.

However, the release of “supressed” emotions sometimes can come with a healthy side effect of crying, feeling sad, even tired. In many cases these healthy side effects will be gone after a day or two.

When we start to release trapped emotions, which had been there for years, sometimes decades, we can’t always expect that they are gone just like that.

It is a process, a healing process, and each one of us has its own pace on that.

  3. great site full of lots of useful information . some great links to some great products . haven’t gone overboard with advertising either which is great to see. good work keep it up

  4. Hi Sylvia. Firstly, what do you mean by ethereal body? Is it related to the minds and brain?

I wasn’t aware that emotions can be both good or bad. It’s like a chi and zen, the energy which channels around body.

I am not a believer when it comes to energy but I still enjoy reading, just to gain some knowledge and getting to know people’s perspectives.

    Thanks for sharing, Sylvia.

    1. Hi Tar,

The ethereal body, or bodies, are the summary which our aura is made of. The first and closest ethereal body is the energy body also called astral body. Than comes the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body.

There are many layers in between and if you just like to educate yourself, there is a very good book written from a scientific view as well called “Hands of Light” by Barbara Ann Brennan.

  7. Hello again, Sylvia. Great post!

As passionate as I am about holistic healing practices, I must say that this post has piqued my interest. It makes sense, as the body tends to react to emotions quicker than our mind can typically perceive it.

I’d like to see more information about how the process works in the future, if you wouldn’t mind posting about it. 🙂

Thanks for the good read, Sylvia. Take care, and all the best!

    1. Hi Corey,

Thank you for your comment and the interest to know more.

I certainly will write more about certain healing modalities, but to really know what I am talking about is the part of experiencing it for yourself, by receiving a session.

      All the best!
