Here is another amazing healing method which is called the “Emotion Code“.
This particular healing method deals with trapped emotions, which can be found anywhere in our physical body and, within all the subtle-energy bodies.
How do we get trapped Emotions?
The answer can go from being inherited to acquire throughout a lifetime, due to any kind of traumatic experiences, and more.
It doesn’t matter if a person really believes in all this or not, the fact stays that trapped emotions can be found throughout our whole existence.
Emotions can cause lots of discomforts and can be the cause of an illness.
I personally have seen it, a) on myself when receiving a session done by an emotion code practitioner, or b) when giving a session to a person using the emotion code. In both cases, it really has done some boat rocking.
Emotions can be literally buried alive throughout a person’s lifetime. When this happens, a person certainly will live through or even re-live through a crisis.
When we don’t acknowledge the number of these “unacknowledged” emotions and what they can do to us, we shouldn’t be surprised when we don’t heal at all.
Who is behind the Emotion Code?
Dr. Bradley Nelson is an American Chiropractor who has developed this healing method, widely known as the “Emotion Code”. It is easy to learn too, and can be used for everything you might think of is in need of being healed and released as a trapped emotion in your life.
How to use the Emotion Code?
This is actually one of not only the most effective methods but also one of the easiest methods to learn and to use.
Dr. Nelson describes everything, easy to understand for the layperson, in his book,” The Emotion Code“, which is available as an e-Book too.
The basics are simple enough, due to an easy to learn method called “muscle testing”. You will learn, how to read the body’s answers to a question, which only needs a YES or a NO.
By following the chart (see below), the right emotion, which wants to be released, will show up and, by following another procedure will be finally released.
As I already mentioned, everything is easily explained in Dr. Nelson’s book. Just follow his lead and you will be good to go, even by working on yourself. I certainly did.
The Emotion Code is one of the easiest to learn and to use of healing methods out there. I personally work with this method for the last 8 years.
I have seen tremendous results for myself and for others. You really can change your life around by releasing a trapped emotion, or a “Heart-Wall“, also clearly described in Dr. Nelson’s book.
Sometimes life gets in the way and even though it sounds quite weird to you, as it does to me, you will “just” forget about the easiest things.
Using a method like this one, actually, this applies to any healing method I have learned and do use in my practice, doesn’t mean you will use it regularly for yourself.
By writing this article it immediately dawned on me, that I haven’t used the “Emotion Code” on myself for quite some time. Therefore, I am really appreciative to be gently reminded, right now as I am typing these words on my keyboard, that I could use some “releasing” too.
